Each piece travels from the hands of our artisans in Lucknow to your doorstep. Here is what to expect along the way.
Made to Order
Every garment is hand-embroidered by our artisans in Lucknow. Most pieces take 7–14 days to craft before they begin their journey to you.
Carefully Packed
Once complete, your piece is inspected, pressed, and packaged in protective, recyclable materials to ensure it arrives in pristine condition.
Shipped & Tracked
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves the atelier.
Alaska, Hawaii & US Territories
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands) are handled via USPS Priority Mail and may require additional time for arrival beyond our standard domestic estimates. Please allow an extra 3–7 business days for these destinations. If you have a time-sensitive order, reach out to info@ishakesarwani.com before placing it and we will do our best to advise on realistic timelines.
Processing Time
Because each garment is made to order, production time ranges from 7 to 14 days depending on the complexity of the embroidery. This timeline is separate from shipping transit time and is shown on each product page.
- Standard production: 7–14 days from order confirmation
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships
- Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding Indian public holidays
Shipping Methods & Timelines
We offer standard and express shipping, calculated based on your destination and order weight. Exact rates and options are shown at checkout.
- Standard shipping: estimated 5–10 business days within the contiguous United States
- Express shipping: estimated 2–4 business days, available as a selectable option at checkout
- Complimentary shipping is available on qualifying orders — see the banner at the top of the site for the current threshold
Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. We are unable to ship to international addresses or PO boxes at this time. If you are located outside the US and wish to place an order, please contact us at info@ishakesarwani.com to explore possible arrangements.
Tracking Your Order
A shipping confirmation email with a tracking link is sent the moment your order leaves our atelier. You can follow your package\u2019s journey in real time. If you have not received tracking information within 14 days of your order, please check your spam folder, then contact us at info@ishakesarwani.com.
